adobe can't open citrix xenapp

Hello,

I am totally stuck with the following :

i work with a citrix xenapp to make prizes for clients. Since a week or so i Always get the same pop up when opening the citrix xenapp : adobe acrobat reader DC can not open launc (3).ica because this type of file is not supported or is damaged ( because it was sent as email attachement en is not coded correctly)

i tried so many things but i have absolutely no experience what so ever with pc when in trouble...
