Adobe can't reach printer when I go to print a .pdf file

Just in the last 2 days Adobe can't reach printer when I go to print a .pdf file when viewing a .pdf file.  My laptop prints in all other software. It printed when I print from the troubleshooting section without an issue.  The error message is "  We couldn't reach this printer.  Make sure the printer is on and you are connected to the printer's network, or try a different printer.  Teh printer will print a pdf file when I send from another computer.    I've shut down the laptop and Printer numerous times.   I did have a windows system update at about the same time that this started to occur.    Any suggestions?

    Also, try Print as an image option and see if you still get the error.
