Question

Adobe charges

My account says I have the free version of Adobe, but somehow I am being charged 14.99 for something with Adobe that I don't even know how to access, nor would I really use.  I know I put my card information into the system a month ago, because I thought the free version needed it in order to download.  I didn't realize I would be getting charged, and I only wanted to be able to open a PDF file, not purchase additional services.  When I go to my plan to see what service I have, it is already set to the "Free" selection, but I am being charged for the 14.99 services.  I have no idea how to cancel this or correct it.  Please let me know what I'm supposed to do.  I do not want anything withdrawn from my account any longer.  Thank you.

You can cancel here: Cancel your Creative Cloud membership

Could be that you installed Adobe Acrobat by mistake (or any other number of things) so if you have that, after canceling, remove it from your system then download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
