Adobe Cloud and Behance Wonky

Anyone else having trouble with Behance? I go to select a cover image but the select button isn't active so there's no way to actually choose the image.

Also, in Adobe Cloud, I can view some of my files but others it says the file is not available and to check back later.

Strange glitches! I thought maybe it was my connection but I've come home and still having the problems.
