Adobe Cloud Storage not available on my PC but shows up on my MAC and IOS devices.

Installed Adobe Acrobat on my PC and signed into my account.  The Adobe Cloud Storage Menu is not available on my Home Screen.  This functionality works perfect on my MAC and other IOS devices.
