Adobe crashed while I was signing and now I get BER error

I downloaded a form I needed to digitally sign.  I clicked the signature box and while it was verifying, Adobe crashed.  Now when I open the form, my signature is there, but it is invalid I get a message that there is a parsing error and BER decoding.  I tried downloading a new version of this form, and it automatically has my signature on it.  I have tried deleting all copies I have of this form, including emptying trash, and even then when I open this as a new file my signature is there.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, and restarted my computer.  But every time I download and open the file, my signature is there.  I even tried making changes to the information to see if that would force some sort of update.  The new information does not appear on the form either.  I do now know what else I need to do, or what would be the best way to approach this issue.  Any assistance would be appreciated.  I have Windows 10.  Thank you.
