Adobe crashes everytime when press anything on the keyboard

This happens when any tool is selected in that way.

I just losed 4 hours of work, because I need to change between several tools and an hour when I type, the tool ends up being selected and... crash

Please adobe, fix this, I depend on your program daily, and this is affecting me negatively every day.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the description mentioned above, Acrobat Reader is crashing when pressing any shortcut key on the keyboard, am i correct?

Check if there is an update available for Reader by clicking Check for Updates under Help menu.

If that doesn't work, try repairing Reader by clicking "Repair Installation" under Help.

What is the version of Reader and the OS installed on the machine?
