Adobe Customization Wizard download via FTP broken

As stated, the FTP link for the download is not working.  No error, just stalls at around 3MB.   I've tried Chrome/IE/Explorer and WinSCP to get this downloaded.  In WINScp, it stated the transfer timed out, but this was after only about 10 seconds.  I am able to download other files from the FTP server so I'm guessing it's specific to this file.

Here is the link I am currently using -- ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/misc/CustWiz1502020039_en_US_DC.exe

Please help.

    No problem with Google Chrome.

    Thanks.   I guess it was something in my firewall as I downloaded from another computer with a different internet connection just fine.  Thanks again!
