Adobe DC crashes explorer when send to mail recipient is selected

This is probably a windows problem but I was hoping someone could tell me where to look to fix this. Using Adobe dc 20066, 0365 64bit. Windows 10 1909 64bit.  Things I've done: upgraded from 20064 to 20066, ran office repair, deleted customers profile and recreated it.
