adobe dc print error code - what does it mean

hi everyone

got many machines in the school which are currently not allowing staff to print at present, all round adobe dc, the output printer is either Epson or rioch but that does not effect the fact that adobe will not print.

followed some of the items in this one

    how can you get tech support for adobe reader when you have the paid for full adobe suite?

    how can I bump this to the support people,

    also how can I set settings like "drop enhanced security" from a GPO?
