Adobe is a company. The application might be Adobe Acrobat Reader (where you posted) or Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, etc.

Which application is your computer using to open the JPEGs?

If you are double-clicking a file in the Mac Finder or Windows File Explorer and it opens in a program that you don't want it to, you change it at within the operating system. On a Mac, click a file and then Cmd + F. In Windows, right-click the file and choose Open with. Then choose your preferred application.

In either case, you need to choose that you want to change all files of this type, not just the current file.

    Does this help?
