Adobe digital signature handwritten

I'm creating a document that would sit on a PC, that we have various contractors come up to to run an induction, they need to sign the document, but these guys wont have a digital signature nor do we want to create one each time, can you get the field to pop up asking for hand written one either using a signature pad or a touch screen, can this be done?
