Adobe Export doesn't let me save documents

I can't save documents with Adobe Export, and for this reason I can't export pdf documents to word. I'm trying to use the link https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

to export documents from adobe to word, because with my account in my mac it doesn't work. But with this link you need to save the document you want to export.  So,  I can't save documents and I can't export documents neither.
