Adobe Export PDF

Hello,

I am trying to convert .pdf to .xlsx within Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

I get the following error message - "Forbidden...the operation could not be completed. Please try again later"

Next I try to access this link - https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf​& get the following message...the same errors were happening on Tuesday this week.

It has worked in the past for me

    Hi Adorobat,

    I tried the iPhone app, which worked fine - this made me think it was my organisation's IT security, and I think that is the problem.

    Hi mib15634978,

    As per the issue description mentioned, you are receiving "Forbidden, the operation could not be completed error" when trying to export pdf in Reader DC and getting Currently unavailable message when trying to export online, is that correct?

    Could you please try exporting pdf in Acrobat Reader mobile app and see if that works?
