Adobe Export PDF

Hi, I have just registered for the annual subscription for adobe Export PDF, with the capability to convert PDF files to Word, Excel etc.. but unfortunately it wont work when I try to convert PDF to word.

I have attempted numerous times and the following error occurs:

      I have just subscribed to this, which I have had in the past, but application is not picking up from Microsoft Word.  It just leads me to a page giving the various subscription rates available.  I tried to subscribe again in case the first had gone astray but it tells me that I already have one.  Kafka-esque?
