Adobe Extract API:500 Errors

We are developing a system that uses the Adobe Extract API to extract specific sentences from PDF files to create new sentences.

When we send a 10MB, 180-page PDF, we sometimes receive a 500 error response.
REST API is used for the request, and SDK is not used.

Is there any information or solution for this?
