adobe getting removed from PC

hi,

i am encountering an issue where Adobe DC keeps removing itself from the computer. this usually happens when it does updates. i think when the update happens it removes the files and fails. please advise on a solution.

    Hi Ymi10223294,

    For the testing purpose, try installing the application in new user account and see if that works.

    It could be a possibility that its a problem with the particular user account.

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.
