Adobe Getting Started POPUP

Hello

We keep getting this when we open a PDF in our adobe Pro and  once it pops up takes sometime before it allows you click on the X button.

We have gone to Preferences to stop the pop ups and restarted our computer and this is still happening.

Dont have the option to  EDIT, PREFERENCES, PAGE DISPLAY AND DISABLE CONTENT PREPARATION PROGRESS BAR  or EDIT PREFERENCES DOCUMENTS, CLEAR ALL UNDER DOCUMENT CRECHE SECTION
