Hi Gabriellab,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Once you open the link Contact Customer Care you need to log in with your Adobe Sign under which you have purchased the subscription.

Then select the product and the type of the issue you are experiencing.

Then at the bottom, you will get "Show me my contact options" in a blue box.

It will show you the contact options available for your product.

Could you please confirm the Adobe product you are using and the issue you are experiencing with it.
