Adobe Index Issue

Hello 

so i created and adobe index  hello.pbx with adobe acrobat dc 17. it works fine on the same machine that has the pro version installed. when i try to open it with adobe reader on the same machine or different machines i get an error.   i tried rebuilding it many time with same error. am i missing something?
