I can't work with Adobe although I have installed this program with my ID an correct password

    Please elaborate the issue a bit more. What is the trouble that you are experiencing with the application?

    When you say you can't work with the Adobe what exactly you are referring to? Is it Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat DC application you are talking about?

    If it is Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may refer to the link below and try installing the latest version.
