Adobe Interactive GIF Crashes when attempt to play

Following from my last post this is the Interactive PDF that does not play and crashes everytime I try to play iit; anyone know why?

PDF files can't display animated gifs.

Yes ; I have converted it to an Mp4 File and still no luck.
