Adobe is scamming people

Question

I tried to cancel my Reader DC before the 7 days were up, and they don't let me do it... Their chat folks are indian people who leave the conversation before the problem has been even cleared... DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM ADOBE!!

Adobe Acrobat Reader is free. What did you subscribe to?
