Adobe keeps asking if ok to print

Hello!

I'm trying to help a customer with this problem. They use a site via Google Chrome to print invoices/receipts and everytime they click on the Print-button the PDF downloads and opens in Acrobat Reader. Then the below attached prompt apperas, roughly translated to "This document is about to be printed. Do you allow this?". Even if I press "Yes" it doesn't print and you have to go back to the site and press "Print" again to download the same PDF again which then opens in Adobe Reader and brings up the ususal print prompt, where we can press "Print" to get it to print.

Please tell me that there's a setting that I've missed so I can disable this prompt? I always want to allow Adobe to print!
