Question

Adobe on terminal Services locks up for a minute then works afterwards when I click Fill & Sign

Helo,

 

I have Adobe on a Microsoft terminal Server 2016. When I click on Fill & Sign the screen locks up for a minute with some minor flashing of parts of the screen until it starts working again and then it's fine. 

 

Any way I can get that fixed?

Hi Ayush,

 

The issue is more problematic when I open Adobe documents in a portfolio. The more documents open the longer the freezing and time it takes to get ready to type.

 

I am working around it by opening the document I want to write something on, hit Fill & Sign and place a text box where I need it and type a word. Then I open the other documents in the same portfolio with little freeze time.

 

To produce the problem, have a number of PDF’s and combine them in a portfolio. Then open them all, then try to fill & Sign in one of them.

 

The problem is worse the more documents are open.

 

I hope this helps, and no I cannot share screen shots, it does not show you the problem.
