Adobe Pdf Export Purchase not working

I purchased the yearly subscription to pdf export and everytime I go to export the pdf it takes me back to the purchase page on the web. My checking account shows that you took my money though, so the service should be working.

    Try doing it online at https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    When I go to acrobat cloud, the export tab only shows a blue "Subscribe Now" button.

    I would say first that you need to be absolutely positive you are logging in with the proper account (I can't check that for you). If you know you are, you will probably need to contact Adobe Customer Care. There is a chat option and other contact info here: Contact Customer Care
