Adobe PDF Reader Add-on only shows under admin login

Adobe PDF Reader Add-on only shows under admin login, when I log in as a regular user, user not able to see add-on and cannot view pdf within browser.

    I am sorry for the late response.

    Could you please share Adobe Reader version installed on the user's machine? To check Reader's version, please refer to the steps given in this link; Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Assuming user is trying to view pdfs in Internet Explorer, try the steps given in the following link to run IE in admin mode by default and check if that helps:
