What exactly happening when you are giving the print command? Could you explain the workflow in detail?

Is it Acrobat or Reader that you are using? And do you see your printer listed in the "Printer"?

In a mean while you may go through the help document related to the printing problem.

Would be looking forward for some more details.

Acrobat. And The printing problem is with one bank printing statements. Very odd.
