Adobe Portfolios and Binders

I have received an Adobe Profile to troubleshoot.  In the "Details" view I can see all emails and the number of attachments each email contains.  The attachments do not appear in the attachment panel.  I tried creating a binder, and still cannot see the attachments.  I also tried extracting an email, and the attachment still does not appear.  I am at a loss.  Please help!
