Adobe Pro Download Stalling

I recently upgraded from Adobe Reader DC to Adobe Pro. However, when I go to download the upgrade, it always stalls out a 90% and never finishes. How do I resolve this issue? Any and all help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, when you go to download the upgrade, it always stalls out a 90% and never finishes.

Please run the Acrobat Cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
