You can use the latest MSI for the Reader 10.x releases i.e. 10.1.0 from the ftp site mentioned (i.e. ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/10.x/10.1.0/) and then use it in the customization wizard.

Any customizations done in the MSI will not be overwritten by the following MSP Updates. You can safely deploy the same without any issues.

    Hope this answers your question.

MSI installers are not issued for minor versions, e.g. the last MSI was issued for 10.1.0; for minor versions you only get an MSP patch, or EXE installer.

You can download these by navigating the Adobe FTP site from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/10.x/

As I wrote, the last MSI issued was for 10.1.0; the admin guide explains how to expand an MSI from the EXE file.
