Adobe Reader 11.0.21 Install Query

Hoping someone/anyone can shed some light on this for me...

I have a requirement to deploy Adobe Reader version 11.0.21 at work, we need to use this version because our current HR system only allows certainly management functionality to work on this version. Anything newer and it falls over. 

I know that version 11.0.21 wasn't availalbe as an install so im trying to install Adobe Reader 11.0 and on the command line have it install the patch at the same time.

I can't get this to work, i've tried to run the following examples:

msiexec /a acroread.msi /p AdbeRdrUpd11021_MUI.msp

msiexec.exe /i "%~dp0AcroRead.msi" PATCH="%~dp0AdbeRdrUpd11021_MUI.msp"

Does anyone have any ideas?
