adobe reader

For some reason I cannot open any of my adobe files on my desktop. It says "Adobe Acrobat Reader it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged"

    Hi Stever,

    Sorry for the delay.

    As you have mentioned unable to open any file so I assume that none of the file is opening currently? If not then, try a different file than what you have been trying to open and see if you get the same message.

    If its still same, then use cleaner tool to uninstall the existing version- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    And install through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Let us know if that works.
