Necesito volver a instalar el Adobe porque no puedo abrir archivos en PDF. Estoy pagando la licencia y no tengo un contacto que me ayude y me de una solucion. Quiero que se comuniquen conmigo. URGENTE

    Hello Paolav,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe product, the record shows that you have subscribed to Creative Cloud all apps service which included Acrobat Pro DC application.

    You can download and install Acrobat Pro DC from the following URL Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) for Enterprise or VIP licenses

    Finish the installation process and Sign-in with your current Adobe ID(email) and password to activate the application.

    Note: You can use the freeware Adobe Reader application to view, print, annotate and sign a PDF, but for other additional features, you require Acrobat Pro DC.

    You may remove Adobe Reader application from the machine using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs after/before installing Acrobat Pro DC.

    Sigo teniendo el mismo problema, aún con el link que me pasaron, cuando esta por finalizar la instalación salta un problema con el paquete de instalación de windows, que un progama no finalizó la instalación como se esperaba, que me contacte con el vendedor.

    Try running the cleaner again, found here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reboot your computer.

    The installer you want will be found here:Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution 

    Download it and run it.
