Check whether your system meets the requirements to install Reader or not? Adobe Acrobat system requirements, supported platforms
Reboot computer.
Use this cleaner tool to remove any previous version (if any installed) Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and download Reader DC through: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all version
