Adobe Reader 21.011.20039 freezes after install

Hello,

I installed 21.011.20039  on my server but now anytime I open a .pdf the whole application freezes and the only way to close it is to end task in Task Manger.  I can't seem to upload the .dmp file here even after zipping.  Any help anyone could give would be great as the older version of Reader is a security concern.
