I am trying to download a document that I need to print out and it keeps showing me:

The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader.

For information on how to install Adobe Reader and configure your viewing environment please see http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure.

I have already downloaded this before, it never worked, and now I don't know what to do! I am not computer savvy AT ALL and any assistance would be appreciated!

P.S.

I have a MAC

When you get the message look at the menu bar. Next to the apple icon at the left is the APP NAME. What is shown at the time of the message?
