downloaded adobe but the pdf  form I want to print off says I need adobe  8 or higher but I just downloaded it ?

It sounds like you re trying to open a form in a web browser? If so, right-click the link to the pdf (don't open it first), save it to your computer then use File>Open from within Reader to open it. Many browsers use their own pdf viewers and they make a mess of forms.

I have right clicked both on the link (which I assume is the attachment

as it appears at the bottom of the email) and after clicking on the link.

The is no option whatsoever to save, all that comes up are the same

options that my email offers (listed to the left of the incoming emails

for gmail)

2 you must NOT save the PDF by print to PDF

3 download the PDF in the usual way
