Adobe Reader Blanking out o Chrome

I have the Adobe Reader and whenever I open pdf files form my school grade book they open up as blank. I don't know what to do and I have to access the pdf for assignments does anyone know what to do. 

I've deleted then downloaded it back already and I restarted my computer.

I've taken off the security parameters that didn't work either.
