Adobe Reader Calendar access request..

Hi, I wonder why Adobe REader asks for calendar access?? Can anyone answer?

Oh yes, check it is the genuine Reader first. Where did you download?

Hi, thanks for responding! I think it was downloaded from Adobe, years ago.. 

 

What kind of settings does it need to access?

The message doesn’t mean it wants to read your calendar. It needs to be able to read the settings for some other apps - don’t know which. Apple tells you the worst because it unlocks all apps not just one.
