Adobe Reader cannot be uploaded

we have tried and tried and tried over and over and cannot load acrobat reader. we need help and if someone can call me at [Personal Information Removed by Moderator], please do.

    we are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to install the Acrobat Reader DC

     

    Please try the following steps and see if that helps

     

     

    If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204012) and try installing the application there and check.

    HI Amal,

    The above did not work and the re-install link resulted to a 404 - Page not found. I do not have a Mac re; If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204012) and try installing the application there and check.

     

    Please provide a good number to contact someone that can support my needs to resolve the issue.

    Adobe do not offer any telephone support or any other official support for their free products. Nobody will call you. Your best bet is to work with us here in this forum.
