    Hi Teddy,

    Sorry to hear that.

Could you please provide more details about the issue as asked below?

    - Does the application crashes on launch or opening a PDF?

    - Did you try once to reboot the machine after the update?

    - Are you on Windows or Mac? What is the OS version?

Try once the troubleshooting steps provided here Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows if you are using Windows machine.

If that does not help, try removing the application using the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reboot the machine.

Then re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi

    Hi Meenakshi!

I've been experiencing the same thing today. I'm trying to launch the adobe acrobat DC app but it crashes in less than 20 seconds.

It was not happening yesterday, but today I can't launch either the Acrobat DC or the adobe Reader.

    Answering your questions:

    1. I was trying to launch booth applications, one at a time;

    2. I rebooted again after the problem occurred. I don't know exactly when the app was updated, because it happens automatically.

    3. MAC OS High Sierra: 10.13.6.

The Adobe Acrobat DC version: 19.010.20099 (19.010.20099).

If you need anything else, let me know.

    Thanks,

    Williams.

Thanks for reporting the issue. It seems your applications are not updated. Could you pls. apply the updates on both and let us know the results.
