Adobe Reader crashes on install

Hello,

I am having a very new error I have never seen before.

I am trying to update Reader, from old to new.

I for some reason I get this error.

So I tried to uninstall the old one version which i did but when i tried to install the new version I get this error?

I am a little confused on what can be the cause. I know its not my antivirus as I has be Deactivated.

Getting an error "Newer version already installed" while installing Adobe Reader DC, is an known issue. The error is shown due to a missing update for Universal C Runtime in Windows. You can install the update using one of the following ways given in the help article here: Error 1722 while installing/updating Acrobat DC/Acrobat Reader DC on Windows
