Adobe reader crashing

Hi , everytime im opening the application , its crashing , already reinstalled latest version .

I hope you are doing well, and we apologize for the trouble you had.

 

Do you get error messages when you launch the app, or does it crash immediately? Are you on a Windows machine or Mac, and what is the version? 

Please ensure you have all the latest updates mandatory or optional for the operating system installed, restart the machine after installing the updates. If the app still crashes, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed app for any conflicting files causing the crash, restart the machine and install Acrobat Reader. You may also try the suggestions from this Adobe article: https://adobe.ly/4212gxn

 

If the issue still persists, please collect the crash logs from the affected machine, and share them with us for further investigation.

Hi , i have tried the steps but still application is crashing , can you help us .
