adobe reader crashing

Question

filed 2022 taxes on line with turbotax.  when i click on download/print adobe reader crashes.  I restarted the mac and it keeps happening.  i have tried countless times.  what do i do?

As you are experiencing the crash issue, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-mac.html.

If that does not help, try reinstalling the application using the following steps:

- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

- Reboot your machine and install the application from this page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.

Also, confirm whether you are using the work or personal machines.
