On some computers it's working and some of then not. Computers has the same version of Reader.

We tried to find some diferencies but with no success. It's random problem. For example attachement below.

We are using Win10 in Windows domain.

Thank you for any ideas...

Hi Tomask

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. AS described you are unable to open XFA form and getting the error 'need Acrobat 8 or higher'

Please go through the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/pdf-won-t-display-please-wait/td-p/4788543 and see if that helps.

Also please check the correct answer marked here https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-livecycle-questions/document-will-not-open-says-need-adobe-reader-8-or-higher/td-p/373858

Hope it will help

Thank you, but we don't have a problem viewing in a web browser, but in the native Adobe reader and Adobe acrobat. Here it behaves similarly to those browsers.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. Make sure you have the application updates to the most recent version. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the compter once.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Regards

Amal
