Hey,

I have an Issue withe the Adobe Reader DC. I made an PDF with an other Program, pdf xchange editor, where it is possible to write Formular Data.

So when I open the File with DC it isn't possible to use "ä,ö,ü or ß". It only shows a box as if dc doesnt now the letter.

With other PDF-Viewer, there isn't any Problem with that, only with the DC. What can I do to solv the Problem?

best regards

michael

    Hi Michaelh001,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

As mentioned above, Adobe Reader doesn't recognize those specific font. There could be a possibility that the fonts you are referring to are not embedded with the pdf.

You may go through about font embedding to know more about it PDF fonts, Adobe Acrobat

    Hope this help.
