Adobe Reader DC - crash

Hello,

in Adobe Acrobar Reader DC 2020.013.20074 is document digitally signed and during saving is Adobe Reader crashed (it is happened from last update of DC).

What is the solution? Or how can I know add the crash report for further analysis?
