Adobe Reader DC crashing after launch

Question

I am using original windows 10, adobe reader DC on my PC is crashing with in 5 seconds after launch. Please help. I have tried all the methods thats I could find in the forums.

I am facing this same issue in few other computers as well.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble caused.

As the application crashes, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the application.

If the above steps didn't help, try removing the applicaiton using the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) and reboot the machine.

Then reinstall the application from this link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.

Let us know if the issue persists.
