Adobe Reader DC Default Text Highlight color and Default Font

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible via a registry key for Adobe Reader DC or by using the customization tool for adobe reader to do the following:

1-  Set a default color for text highlighter and block or remove certain colors

2 - Set a default font for fillable forms and prevent a specific font from being used.
